Update 1 (23 Jan 2015):
After first 3 weeks, we have got ~230 records for the survey. It's low and we expected more. We have 3 weeks left. Let wait and see!
Until now, according to the survey, there is about 28% of employees don't satisfy with their salary and are willing to chance their jobs for better income. That sounds interesting for headhunters.
