If you're new in industry, I suggest you to visit some websites which I have learnt a lot from them:
#1. The Undercover Recruiter
Link: http://theundercoverrecruiter.comThis is not really a website but a blog, and it provides tons of article which mostly are personal opinions from individual recruiters (in house recruiters and headhunters). You can find in here many useful information for both of recruiters and candidates, telling you how to use Linkedin in order to searching for potential candidates or tell candidates how to make up their CVs, how to marketing themselves using social media, etc
There are also a lot of infographics and information about recruitment trend
I myself strongly recommend this blog to you
#2. The Fordyce Letter
Link: http://www.fordyceletter.comIf you're going to build your own recruitment business, this website is for you. "Straight Talk for the Recruiting Profession" is all about this website.
They focus on (I copy & paste from their website):
- Advice from seasoned recruiting professionals
- Hard-hitting closing and negotiation tips
